Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using loweshomelayover, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, effective from January 1, 2026. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and API integrators. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use loweshomelayover's AI undressing and virtual clothing removal tools only for lawful purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older. You may not upload images of any person without that person's explicit, documented consent.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload and all outputs you generate. loweshomelayover does not review user-submitted images and bears no liability for how outputs are used, distributed, or published by users.

Generating, distributing, or publishing non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, processing algorithms, interface designs, and documentation on loweshomelayover are the exclusive intellectual property of loweshomelayover and its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Liability Limitation

loweshomelayover provides the service on an as-is basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

loweshomelayover is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services including cloud storage providers and payment processors. loweshomelayover is not responsible for the practices or availability of any third-party service.

Security

loweshomelayover uses TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and deletes uploaded images within 60 seconds of processing. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure — use the service at your own risk.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant loweshomelayover a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of delivering your requested output. This license expires upon image deletion.

Changes to Terms

loweshomelayover may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, with the revision date noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
