Data We Collect

loweshomelayover collects your email address, billing information, and usage metadata when you create an account. We do not collect any personal data from users who browse the site without registering.

Images you upload are processed in real time and deleted from our servers within 60 seconds of output delivery. We do not store, log, or analyze image content beyond what is required for processing.

How We Use Your Data

Account data is used to manage your subscription, deliver API credentials, and send transactional emails such as payment receipts and service alerts. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Cookies

loweshomelayover uses session cookies to maintain your logged-in state and analytics cookies to measure aggregate site traffic. No behavioral profiling or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not affect core platform functionality, though session management may be impacted.

Data Sharing

We share limited data with Stripe for payment processing and with infrastructure providers for hosting. All third-party processors are contractually bound to GDPR-compliant data handling standards.

Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access to production databases is restricted to three senior engineers and requires multi-factor authentication.

Despite these controls, no system is fully immune to breaches. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, loweshomelayover will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

Your Rights

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active plus 90 days after cancellation. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. Uploaded images are never retained beyond 60 seconds.

Policy Updates

This privacy policy was last updated January 1, 2026. loweshomelayover will notify registered users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
